我现在要运行一个exe的程序，该程序名为Toolkit，网站上关于该程序有如下的描述：
Toolkit 4.0 is provided with a new graphical user interface (GUI) which is no longer based on TCl/Tk. Toolkit 4.0 GUI is based on Motif, which is the industry standard on Unix computer systems.
而我现在的X程序应该是xfree86，我想转换成motif，我今天装openmotif的rpm包，安装信息提示我的系统里有更高版本的motif，在xfree86的目录下面，不知如何将motif设为默认的X程序。

motif只是一个图形开发包吧？我理解和Qt/Gtk在一个层面的，都是基于XServer的。
其实很多软件都是基于motif的，比如Acrobat Reader for Linux，好象xpdf也是。
