我做KWIFIMANAGER相关的东西。发现kwifimanager可以启很多个。
看了一下程序，在KDENETWORK代码中，wifi/main.cpp 如下：

我发现，每次启动新的kwifimanager，app.isRestored（）的返回都是false.
我用kuniqueapplication改写了以后，用KUniqueApplication::start（）来做判断，结果还是一样。
我可以自己写配置文件来解决只启动一次的问题。但是总觉得这段程序，起的就应该是这个作用。
想请教高手，是我理解有错误，还是KDE这里存在BUG？
