为什么只读出一行?还有就是提示:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "C:Python23 est1.py", line 4, in -toplevel-
for line in f:
ValueError: I/O operation on closed file

你怎么可能把 f.close() 和 w.close() 放在 for 循环里？你不是太笨了，是没有编程经验。我见过的所有人开始编程都会犯类似的愚蠢错误。还有就是看到错误信息，想想它是什么意思，想办法解决，否则就是太懒的问题。

错误明确的告诉你：
ValueError: I/O operation on closed file

你在一个已经关闭的文件上进行操作。
