Hi there.I'm a newbie....new to the Linux world,I just recently installed Red hat on my laptop....HP Dv5000 series....After the installation,when my Linux booted up,ittells me that it can' detect my sound card.Could someone pls tellme what to do?I'm clueless...Thanks a lot.

Which Redhat? Please use a recent distro like Fedora Core 5 or 6, or Ubuntu, Debian.
