When I plug it into USB system (SuSE 10.1) doesn't react... And in YaST there is no icon like "Cameras" to install and configure Web-Cameras...
When I look through installed hardware there is one device among others in USB section calld (null) and in detais it is called "Logitech unidentified device" but there is no option to configure it manually...]

Please help me to intall web-camera to use it for video-conferencing in SuSE (or simply in Linux)...

Thank you.

After you have plugged it in, open a terminal and post output of:
Code:
br /]/bin/dmesg | tail
/sbin/lsmod
Note, you can redirect output to a file:
Code:
br /]/sbin/lsmod > lsmod.txt

Linux is the kernel. The entire system is called GNU/Linux.
