hi, res blanda specialist, moritori te salutant!
After lots of hours of reading infos and trying workarounds for other binaries, I realized that my Knowledge in linux isn't enough. Experimenting with older glibc, libm.so.000 and others, I destroyed my test environment (fc5) and must accept any ideas of knowledged linux administrators or freaks!
MAX2 binaries (plugsys) are in /usr/local/max2-free/
Needed ncourses.so.3 inserted on /usr/local/lib/ with apropiated link.
ldd /usr/local/max/bin/maxrun accept ncourses.so.4
but #maxrun foolinkedprogram
brings as response:
maxrun: relocation error symbol errno, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference
I dont have the sources, only the binaries for redhat 7. , but i must use it for a existent Xbase database adapted with the non existent Plugsys Max2, untill i find or 'program' a migration to another solution
