Hey guys I have a question about webhosting and DNS ... I am in this networking class and part of a project is to explain migration of a website to a diffrent webserver located in a diffrent state. The old webserver will be kept strictly for secondary hosting. Ofcouse zone files will have to be edited in order to point the domain name to the new physical address in the other state. My question is how would you setup the old webserver to be a back up to the primary webserver. Can this be done using DNS or do I need to use some sort of device to implement redundancy. I really dont know what my options are hoping some one can help. Thanks
