I know zilch about mysql, only it's used in managing forum sites among other things.
I get the above error showing in Firefox plus a box with the quoted below trying to get to Suse support forums. I'm posting in here as after a Google search I'm none the wiser.

in some respects it looks as though there's a block on my ISP but I have a dynamic addr and same happens with different addresses in the block I'm aware of. I'm only guessing here as to the use of that code in mysql.
