My etcat has been broken for some time now.
etcat -f amavisd
Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/etcat", line 664, in ? main() File "/usr/bin/etcat", line 660, in main function(query, matches) TypeError: files() takes exactly 1 argument (2 given)
I don't know enough about Python to figure out what's wrong here, but I have:
portage: 2.0.50_pre21 gentoolkit: 0.2.0_pre5 python: 2.3.3
What am I missing?

Already reported as a bug. Seems like newer Portage versions had some changes to the API:
