Hello all,

I'd like to report you problems when tried to upgrade the kernel
version from suspend2-sources-2.6.12.r4 to the above one. Some days ago
after `emerge sync`

Once updated I had big issues with ipw2200 and ati-drivers. Even if
initially I thought to make some upgrade by the hand, at the end the
best choice seemd to downgrade once again.

NOTE: i think that gentoo mantainers would consider to unmask
ati-drivers-8.16.20 , since it corrected many important issues (e.g. 1G
memory) and mask ati-drivers-8.14.13 :)

NOTE2: after emerge sync I've noticed that ipw2200-1.0.3 and relative
firmware is now available as ieee80211-1.0.3 and ipw2200-1.0.6 (and
newer firmware) - btw I'm now unable to ebuild correctly the
applications (I use KBUILD_OUTPUT for kernel tree). neither ieee80211
nor ipw2200 can now succeed src_compile (I had some success by manual
compiling but not sure if everything works correctly)
