I have suse 9.2. I downloaded the iso for homm3 and burned it on a cd.
The cd comes up and has all the files in it. including a setup.sh file that the readme tells me to install.
The path to the file is /media/dvdrecorder/setup.sh
I am trying to install it (this is my first install on linux)
I did
install /media/dvdrecorder/ sh setup.sh
then it says installing multiple files, but last argument, 'setup.sh' is not a directory.
So i dont really know what to type to install it.if someone can help me install this that would be cool. Thanks

I figured out how to install my game myself. first i tried to mount /media/dvdrecorder ... but an error came up, it said it was already mounted so then i just did cd /media/dvdrecorder
then it stayed at that folder then i did sh setup.sh and intall came up and it didnt let me click install... so i went back and then i figured out i had to do su
so i did su and went to root user then did sh setup.sh
and wa la. it worked. Now i understand about 300% more then i did from this morning.

Stick with it, and dont give up. Notice your sence of accomplishment with this task, you will have a very fullfilling year if you dont give up.... See how much more warm and fuzzy linux feels than windows
