OK so i flat out lied to get you to read this thread, but i'm sure some inventive person can come up with a business plan to get people to earn money by playing wolf. I've been trying with 0 success to arrange a time for people from this forum to meet up and play wolfenstein. This will be my final attempt and i hope to get some biters. Anyone interested in meeting up with the friendly folk from this forum to play wolf throw up a post and perhaps we can get a game or two every week.

i was on... its a great server, try it out every once in while. It is(or at least was before) a linux server and most of the people on there are regulars who are quite good

yeah, alot of those people were pretty good. at least they put me to shame btw, is there a way to save my XP? every time i get into the game it resets my XP to 0 (sometimes just joining a new game) and then people think i'm a noob when i'm really not...

well when they say xp-save they mean that when a campain starts, you dont loose the xp you have had since then. There apparently used to be servers back in the day that actually saved your xp for xxx amount of days. The closest i have seen in recent times was a server that played one objective-less map with unlimited time and even then it was for a few hours, but that was back in the glory days of windows being separate from windows machines, and the quality of available maps was much better. Anyways, you gotta always start out with zero and build your way up, and yes it is hard, i would suggest being either a covert and stealing suits when your teamates (or you) kill someone, do that a few times and it will buld some fast XP, same as be a medic and revive a lot of people, you can hang back and let others fight it out. You can also be and engineer and build stuff when other are not around. Other than that you can do it the good 'ol fashined way and stick it out and kill a lot of other players and well as any of the above methods. Remember the only way to be a great player is to play against great players.
