m pretty new to linux but have tried about 15 distros briefly.
some of them were amazing, some great and some utter crap.
what ive decided is id like to use linux for games etc.
i really liked all the scientific things included with fedora core 4. do they come with any other distro?
i know there are certain distros that act as servers, firewalls, and are used just for internet/music or dvds.
i would like to know if there's a distro that is just for gaming, and comes bundled with loads of games/applications etc.

thanks for any help

sorry if this is in the wrong bit.  unsure.gif

Firstly, topic moved.

Distros differ mainly in the package management system. You can use any software package on any distro.

So, you can still run different games on different distros.
