I am new to Linux and can't believe it took me this long to get into it.  My son and I built his pc and we want to run Linux on it.  He plays a lot of games and I was curious which distribution of Linux would work best on a gaming machine?

The specs are;
Motherboard; Intel D101GGCL Socket 775 Motherboard
Processor; Intel Celeron 341 2.93Ghz
RAM; 768MB
Video Card is an ATI PCI-e with 256 DRR memory ( I cant remember which model it is)

Thanks,
Jim

Thanks Nikesh, I will check it out.  I have seen some demonstrations of SuSe and it looks really nice.
