On bootup don't you get an option to boot into either windoze or GNU/Linux? Which partition did you install GNU/Linux to?

What options do you see during bootup?
You can simply add an entry for windoze in your /boot/grub/menu.lst file if you are using grub. If you are using lilo, you can add an entry in your /etc/lilo.conf file. Usually, when you install GNU/Linux, the bootloader should already include an entry for you windoze if it sees a partition. Not sure in Ubuntu though.
