I am in the process of buying a simple (cheap) kvm for use with 2 computers running linux. I am currently using a crt, but it is old and will no doubt fail soon. If I buy a simple kvm such as the DLink KVM 121 2 port switch, will I be able to use an LCD flat panel when the time comes to replace this CRT, or does the DVI interface require a different switch? As you can tell, I'm not familiar with the current displays and have not been able to find a specific answer to that question on the forums.
